Relationship Marketing 102: Smarter Email Mktg, CRM, Tools, etc.

(This is the follow-up to the Introductory 101 session.) Email marketing has evolved far beyond occasional newsletters. In this class, you’ll learn how to use a (Customer Relationship Management) CRM-connected email system to support every stage of the customer relationship. Topics include list building, opt-ins, segmentation, automation, customer journey emails, and re-engagement strategies. You’ll also learn how CRM tools track customer history and improve follow-up across sales and service. The session highlights practical ways AI can assist with content creation, automation logic, and performance analysis without replacing human judgment or relationship-building. $10 paid to SCORE. I will teach you how to cultivate a brand that speaks to your audience as a writer or storyteller. You will also get a chance to explore effective marketing tactics, including networking, social media platforms, and resources from MCPL’s Square One Small Business Center. This class is part of the Written and Oral Storytelling Certificate Programs. This program will be held virtually using Zoom. Registration with a valid email address is required to receive the Zoom link. I will be your instructor. This event is no cost and is hosted by The Story Center at Mid-Continent Public Library.
