Stop collecting business advice. Start creating momentum.

You probably don’t need another course.

You don’t need 47 more videos sitting unwatched in a dashboard.
You don’t need another shiny strategy.
And you definitely don’t need someone handing you a generic blueprint and telling you that your business will work if you just follow the steps harder.

You need to become knowledgeable and confident in what YOUR business needs next.

And then you need the strategy, support, accountability, resources, and occasional loving kick in the behind to actually do it.

Be More Business Momentum Cohort #2627

Momentum Cohort is a five-month guided business cohort for established small business owners who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and intentionally move their businesses forward. Limited to 20 participants.

From November through March, we’ll work together to identify what matters most in your business, make smart decisions about where to put your time and resources, solve the problems getting in your way, and keep moving.

In five months, you’ll have a clearer, stronger business, a focused plan for what comes next, along with real progress on the priorities that matter most to you.

Instead of trying to fix everything at once, you’ll learn to recognize what deserves your attention now; make thoughtful decisions about where to put your time and resources; and follow through with support and accountability along the way. You’ll leave Momentum Cohort with meaningful improvements already in place and a much clearer understanding of how to keep your business moving forward.

“I designed the Momentum Cohort design to provide the support and wisdom I wish I could have had in a mastermind when I was struggling to grow my business beyond the basics.”

Your Business. Your Priorities. Your Momentum.

Many hands make for lightwork.

We’re in this thing together — and we’re better because of it!

After years as a solopreneur, I can tell you that the one thing that I crave the most is feedback. Honest. Real. Full on feedback.

If you’re ready to STOP working in a solo silo — even if you have a coach or mentor or business partner — this cohort is for you.

How cool would it be to have a group of other founders, entrepreneurs, and owners to learn from, ideate with, and celebrate? The benefits you can reap as a member of Momentum Cohort are huge in impact and will last well past the five months we spend together in #2627!

Momentum Cohort can help you:

  • Identify the critical priorities that deserve your attention instead of trying to fix everything at once.
  • Create practical plans — and hold you accountable to actually follow through on them.
  • Make better decisions about marketing, sales, systems, money, offers, customers, and growth.
  • Recognize when the problem isn’t your strategy, but the mindset or pattern underneath it.
  • Get experienced input when you’re too close to your own business to see the obvious.
  • Stop repeatedly starting over and begin improving what you’ve already built.
  • Build accountability into your business without adding another boss to your life.
  • Learn from the experiences, questions, successes, and mistakes of other business owners.
  • Strengthen the support network around you.
  • Create a business that works for your customers, your goals, and your actual life.

This Is Where the Momentum Happens

Over five months, we’ll dig into your business, figure out what deserves your attention, and turn those priorities into action. You’ll have strategy, accountability, resources, and a room full of smart business owners to help you think things through when your own brain has officially had enough.

You’ll get twice-monthly live Momentum meetings, weekly drop-in office hours, a growing Choose Your Own Adventure business resource library, and practical tools to help you plan, decide, implement, and adjust as you go.

We’ll work on the business in front of you, whether that means marketing, money, offers, systems, customers, support, mindset, or finally dealing with the thing you’ve been strategically pretending not to see.

No busywork. No keeping up. No giant curriculum to finish. Use what you need, work on what matters, and keep moving.

Bountifully Booked Sub-Cohort for Retreat & Event Leaders

If retreats and events are part of your business, Momentum Circle members can add Bountifully Booked for $350. (Can be added in one lump sum at checkout above or added as +$75/mo to payment plan).

Bountifully Booked is a specialized retreat-leader track focused specifically on creating, marketing, filling, and improving successful retreats.

You’ll do your foundational business work in Momentum Circle and use Bountifully Booked to focus specifically on your retreat and event business.

You must be enrolled in Momentum Circle to participate in Bountifully Booked.

This sub-cohort meets on the second and fourth Mondays from 12:30-1:15 central. Meetings are recorded and resources available online for one year after cohort close.

Bountifully Booked can help you:

  • Turn your retreat or event idea into a practical, workable plan.
  • Identify and connect with the people most likely to say YES to your experience.
  • Build a marketing plan that gives you enough time and opportunity to actually fill your event.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging that helps potential participants understand why they should attend.
  • Work through pricing, registration, communication, technology, and the customer journey.
  • Develop collaborations and relationships that can expand your reach and introduce you to new audiences.
  • Stop relying on a couple of social media posts and hoping the right people magically see them.
  • Get feedback, ideas, and problem-solving help from other retreat and event leaders.
  • Stay accountable to the marketing and planning work that is ridiculously easy to put off.
  • Build a repeatable approach you can use to market and fill future retreats and events.

Kim’s Show Up & Do the Work Guarantee

If you show up, participate, do the work we identify together, and still finish this program without meaningful progress toward the business goals we established, I’ll refund your investment.

To qualify, complete your onboarding, attend at least 80% of your live cohort meetings, follow through on the actions you commit to, and let me know along the way if you’re struggling so I have an opportunity to help.

You don’t have to complete every resource. You don’t have to achieve some arbitrary revenue number. And your business doesn’t have to magically become perfect in five months.

But you do have to show up and do the work.

If you do your part and this program doesn’t help you create meaningful movement in your business, I don’t want to keep your money.

That’s how strongly I believe in what we’re doing here.
